Wow, I’ve been a mess mentally today.  My outlook is fine but I’ve been stressed about something. What I have no idea.

Looks like I shouldn’t have been writing at all today.  Lots of mistakes.

Rightly or wrongly, I blame it on lupus and I’m going to get some rest.
