Improved Health by Walking
Things are getting better. After several weeks of seeing little to no results at all, yet being hungry and walking, I dropped four pounds over night. I actually gained weight during that time so over all I lost 7 pounds. I doubt I’m building muscle mass but that would be nice.
When healthy people start to exercise, they often gain weight because they build muscle. That in the long run is good because they will build more mitochondria too. The mitochondria is what burns the energy in our blood and when you burn enough, the body has to break down the fats and use them. So the more mitochondria you have the better off you are. Doctor told me once I probably could not longer count on exercise doing this for me. He was wrong about many things, perhaps he was wrong about that too. Would be nice.
