McCain’s Anger Management is Failing

Some of the debates appeared to be an exercise in anger management for John McCain. As his campaign appears to be loosing by big numbers, he seems to be loosing the fight to erupt. This week he ripped several terse responses to reporters.

McCain was asked several times about the $150,000 spent on Sarah Palin’s clothing. He would only say that the clothing will be given to charity.  When asked if he as surprised when he learned of the expenditures, McCain would only repeat that the clothes will be donated to charity  and that nothing surprises him.

Later a reporter asked about his immigration plan, where he said he intended to round up law breakers and send them out. The reporter followed up with a question asking if McCain intended to conduct raids, McCain angrily asked if he had said anything about raids? McCain added that he would issue ID cards and more severely punish employers.

Then he apologized and said he didn’t mean to be flip.  You know, you gotta give him points for that but at the same time, our world leaders cannot be going flip.  They can’t act this way, they can’t use “that one” twice during a debate on the UN floor.  Oh wait, according to the republicans the UN is a corrupt organization so that doesn’t really matter.  And we don’t need UN approval to do what we want when a son wants to trump his dad, I’m referring to the republican Bush’s now.

It is said to see McCain breaking down in this way.  He’s an honorable man, a good man but the last year he’s been led rather than lead.

Some people want to say the polls are wrong.  I think that is unlikely.  One reliable poll would be the donations.  I’ve never gave a dollar to a campaign and I’ve donated twice to Obama.  The reason I did so is I want to support someone that say no,  I WONT TAKE PAC MONEY.  I didn’t give a lot as I don’t have a lot to give.  I gave because I wanted to be part of the statement that says, it is time to change the way our government is run and to get the drug companies and other special interest that buy our politicians out of the loop!

I’ve gone from thinking McCain would make an awesome president to someone that scares me to death.  It is easy to forget in all of this that Barack Obama has some great plans and policies that will restore America to Americans.
