McCain’s Senior Moment or Diplomatic Methods?

That one?  What is Up with that?

What was John McCain thinking?  Instead of saying Barack’s name, he pointed at Obama and referred to Barack Obama as “that one.” Did McCain forget Barack Obama’s name for a moment?  Or is this how he deals with those that are whipping his political butt?  If it was a McCain senior moment, I could understand that, who doesn’t have a senior moment from time to time.  Then again, I’m not running for a position where I’ll need to remember the name of the person threatening to blow Israel or the US into oblivion.

I don’t know what McCain was thinking or was he thinking at all but I think this is going to really hurt him.  Also, at the end of the debate, Obama reached out to shake McCain’s hand and McCain did not take it.  Now McCain may not have noticed and McCain did pat Obama on the back.  Perhaps McCain was distracted by someone as Obama extended his hand.  I wouldn’t normally raise the issue except for McCain’s referring to Obama as “that one.”  If that was intentional, McCain is clearly and I mean clearly  is not qualified to handle diplomatic affairs.
