I had a thought of the day the other day, I think this is my second one. LOL
Positive results always start with a dream.
Another way to say it would be success always starts with a dream.
Even better I think is
Success often has its roots in just another crazy dream.
I have a couple of wild dreams. I’d like to build a boat, a sail boat and I don’t even know how to sail.
Even bigger, I want to own a resort in the Philippines. Or how about a safari camp in Indonesia. Wonder if I can get Jessie to chase dragons with me in Indonesia. Once I get her use to those slobbering beast, she have no problem going to play with Orangutan. Maybe she’ll even catch a python for me. Well i said it was a dream. :)

I’m 100% Southern and consider that to be a good thing. I’m sorry for the people that don’t understand.
I grew up in Jackson, Mississippi where I went to Jim Hill High School and Millsaps College. I worked several jobs while going to college but most often could be found behind the counter at good old “Speed-E Food.” One of the most fun jobs I ever had, because of the people that lived in South Jackson.
After college, I went to work for the IRS as a Revenue Agent. I loved it and I was good at it but my health fell apart. I had to take a position of as a Functional Automation Coordinator, which was fancy Government speak for Computer Analyst.
I finally came to my senses. Decided working wasn’t a good idea for me and applied for disability. It was granted. As soon as I was shed of my responsibilities in the states, I flew to the Philippines to find out what was out there.
What I found here has been awesome, its not perfect here but I have much more of a life here than I could have in the USA. It is just too costly to live in the US for me. Don’t get me wrong, I love the USA. I miss it too. I wonder what it will feel like when I get back.
Success often has its roots in just another crazy dream.
i like this statement… i guess nothing is impossible in dreams.
Thanks, I’m kind of surprised more people have not said something about that one.
As far as I know its a Rusty original. :) LOL
Kind of took it from Martin Luther King though. His “I have a Dream” speech was certainly unbelievable at the time he said it.
Much progress has been made.
