Yesterday I managed to walk two miles. Today, i can barely walk to the door. Feeling fatigued and my skin burns. I woke up at 9am but was back in bed by noon.

Seeing Yellow Spots

Over the last year, I have been seeing yellow spots. At first I was not sure. I mentioned it to the eye doctor last time I was there. I told them I was unsure though. I thought maybe i had looked a light, maybe what I was seeing was normal. He said it was not my eyes.
Lupus Brain Fog, Day Two

I have a second day of brain fog. I notice I’m misreading things, I misread the name Admin as Alan for example. :) I heard a rooster crow and thought it was a dog howling. LOL Now I don’t know if it was a pathetic rooster crow, I’m really confused today or I’ve been here long enough that I’m use to hearing it but my brain has 49 years of getting use to dogs howling so I think it is a dog unless I really pay attention. Since I’m having trouble focusing on anything today, I would assume it is the 3rd option which is really just confusion or equal number two.

Lupus Fog Today
I am a lupian or I am lupie (maybe spelled luppie). These are terms people with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) call themselves. Partly as a way to poke fun at the illness.
