Going to Goof Off Today
A Day or Rest or a Day of Waste?
I am going down the Pizza Pub soon, barely going to have time to write this story. I want to get an EEee PC or whatever they are called so I can work while I goof off. :)
I always am torn between staying home and working on my web sites. I’m making about $100 a month of them now. Significant money for the Philippines. My goal is $500. I know someone making $2K with his, more than $2K. I’ll be happy with $500 as that would be $500 spending money and that’s a lot of having fun money in the Philippines.
50 Years Old
Living Half a Century
Well, today I’m 50. I’ve lived half my life, you see I can’t stand the thought of not learning any more. Learning is what drives me and makes life good. Love of a woman is also important for me. I suppose if my faith was stronger, I wouldn’t crave for those two things but I do. I just will not accept I’ve lived more than half my life, but honestly, I’m terrified that I have. I’m not afraid of dying. I’m afraid of not living.

When the elections where going this blog was booming. I love politics. I love to watch it and watch the power struggles and see how the chess game unfolds. It goes much further than government, it’s about civilization. I have a long history of being concerned about a majority imposing its will on the minority. An often unjust and short sighted will.
When we set a precedent by majority alone, we don’t see how another majority could take away what the majority wanted in the first place.. This idea of majority rules is a fallacy. That’s not what our country is about. It is about protecting the rights of everyone as all men are created equal. You shouldn’t be imposing your values on me.
