Ronn Is Mike In Manila

I had a friend for years. Mostly online but I did meet him once and enjoyed it. We met on a video chat program in which I ran a very popular room. Well it was popular for a long time. I'm going to call this man Ronn W. You see, he has been harassing me, stalking me. He has been masquerading here as Mike in Manila. Mike in Manila is a well known journalist and at one time was an anchor on a popular TV news program.

I Need Your Help!

I Had An Idea!

I have too many blogs. Not that the number is too large just my ability to get to them all is not what it should be. I think I need to merge two or three of them. If I had less blogs it would be easier for me to write something on one or two of them every day, at least every day.

But, I want your thoughts on this. I think I should keep this one and merge my two blogs related to the Philippines. I'm leaning toward writing more on my HeyJoe.Ph and including a section or category on my Cebu Experiences which would probably be the most active section. I would continue to write everything I do now. The Cebu Experience site will remain online, I just wont be writing there much any more.

Whacky Blood Sugar Behavior

My blood sugar is doing some very strange things. Its crashing when it makes no sense to me and today after walking for about 1.5 miles my blood sugar was a mind blowing 276. That's after my walk. Perhaps its because I've not been walking as much as I should. I didn't feel like it again today but just forced myself to do it. I had some sugar free candy that claims its safe for diabetics to use on the package.

I may have to confirm that. I've not been eating as much this month, in the past I used it to try to not eat anything with calories in it. I hope I've not been getting screwed around. Surely not. One time I was taking vitamins that where packed full of sugar and was pushing my blood sugar up.

Saints Peter and Paul Church at Bantayan Island

As many of you know, I try to visit and photograph one church in the Philippines each month. Last month I went to the nearly 500 year old church on Bantayan Island.

I hate insomnia! I have suffered insomnia for years, and caffeine has nothing to do with it whatsoever. I can go on for days without caffeine and still only get 3-4 hours broken sleep at best. I thought I'd cured my insomnia because in the last 4 weeks, I had been sleeping well without the aid of sleeping pills. Then since last Monday, my insomnia is back with a vengeance. I used to watch dvd movies when I'm awake at 1:00 am, or browse at Ebay and break my bank account before day break. These days I prowl between LIP 'n LIC forums or write draft articles for Rusty. Much healthier for my bank balance -LOL!

I was prowling on Bob's LIP forum yesterday and had a good laugh at (Pommie) John Grant's "You know you are Filipino if..." article. So I remembered I actually found and saved an article written by another Pommie, Matthew Sutherland, a journalist based in the Philippines. I don't know if he still is?
