Stressed Over Imaginary Problem
Most people think stress is harmful to us. I think its the number one killer and related to many illnesses.. I watched by nearly seven foot tall uncle wither away and die after his son of about nine years old passed away in his arms. He carried a lot of guilt over the tradigy. He started having all kinds of medical problems. Gout, his drinking went completely out of control, penumonia, and finally breast cancer. Yes, men can get breast cancer. Drinking was a problem before his loss but that got worse and a man that had rarely been sick was now always sick.
I guess if one is going to be stressed, they should first be sure of their facts. I got confused yesterday, I had been anticipating a check from Google before my required trip out of the country. Philippine Bureau of Immigration requires people here on a tourist visa to leave the country every 16 months. My sixteen months are up in June. I have a ticket to go to Bangkok for late may.

I had a thought of the day the other day, I think this is my second one. LOL
Positive results always start with a dream.
Another way to say it would be success always starts with a dream.
Even better I think is
Success often has its roots in just another crazy dream.
Another day 4-23-08
I spent another day working on web sites. But I slept a good portion of it. I became very sleepy around noon and slept till around 5pm.
Shelly told me that the change in me is remarkable.
Today was another good day for me.
Nothing spectacular and maybe that’s just what I need, more calm and less spectacular.

I am Living in The Philippines,
an American expatriate exploring the world. I am in Bogo city which is located in Northern Cebu Province. Bogo is a growing new city. Its roots are in fishing and I still consider it a fishing village but that is changing. I hope to live here for quite some time so I can watch it grow. Though I do have my sights set on Bantayan Island, a small Island just to the North West of our location.
