I’ve posted some links for webmaster tools under the Money and the Web Menu button.   There are free tools and some that are not free at all.  There’s a lot of information there.  If I know  you or you can get someone that I do know to recommend you, I will setup an area for you to test and learn how to build a website using WordPress or Joomla.  You’ll have FTP access but no Cpanel.  For that you’ll need to purchase web hosting.  Either from me or someone else.  My pricing starts at $5.00 a month and I accept payment only by the month.  So that’s really $5.00 a month and none of these tricks where I post a price then tell you that you have to purchase a year.  You don’t.  If you buy, you do it by the month.   The development sites are just that, for you to learn.  Don’t plan on making any real money there.  I can’t give you free hosting that gets a lot of traffic.  :)
